Returns
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 10 days of receiving your item. We only accept returns for new products that are unopened in their original packaging or have never been used. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including an unaltered bracelet, unused, unworn, with intact stickers, and free from wear, scratches, or smudges. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Method: Returns can be made by mail. The cost of the return label is the customer's responsibility.
