To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including an unaltered bracelet, unused, unworn, with intact stickers, and free from wear, scratches, or smudges. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Method: Returns can be made by mail. The cost of the return label is the customer's responsibility.
